A bit, yes. Mostly in that their mining operations are back in full swing.

Though they have changed the regulations they originally had for requiring paperwork to visit.

They still don't like visitors going down too far, but the upper levels are open.

I think they may make an exception for you though, if you're going to the Underdark.
